Thank you so much for booking your next lash extension set with me! I truly appreciate your business and can’t wait to have you in my beauty room. 💕 Please review the following important details before your appointment:

💕 Previous Lash Extensions: If you currently have lash extensions from another lash artist, there is a $25 removal fee. Please note: I do not work over lash extensions that I did not apply.

💕 Lash Bath: Lash baths are complimentary 😊

💕 Please Arrive With NO MAKEUP: Please come to your appointment with a clean, makeup-free eye area. A $25 makeup removal fee will apply if makeup needs to be removed before your service.

💕 Please Arrive On Time: Punctuality is very important. After 5 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Please plan accordingly so we can start your service on time.

💕 Service Times: Individual lash extension appointments can take approximately 1½ hours, while cluster appointments typically take about 1 hour. Please choose your appointment time slot accordingly. I do not rush my work because quality and attention to detail are my priority. ✨

💕 Room Temperature: I keep my lash room on the cooler side to help minimize the spread of infectious viruses and to support better lash retention. Please feel free to dress comfortably or bring a sweater/blanket if needed. 🥰

💰 DEPOSIT POLICY

• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

• Permanent makeup appointments require a $100 deposit.

• Your appointment is not fully secured until your deposit has been received.

⏰ GRACE PERIOD

• We offer a 5-minute grace period to allow for small delays.

• After 5 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.

• If this happens, your original deposit can be applied toward your next booking.

• If you miss your second scheduled appointment, a new deposit will be required to book again.

👥 GUEST POLICY

• To ensure a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask for no extra guests.

• Please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

NO MAKEUP, PLEASE!

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. A $25 makeup removal fee will be charged if you arrive wearing cosmetics.

🚫 PLEASE AVOID THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOUR FACIAL

For approximately 24–48 hours before your appointment, please avoid products and treatments that may make your skin more sensitive, irritated, or reactive:

• Retinol/retinoids — Retinol, tretinoin, adapalene, etc.

• AHA/BHA exfoliating acids — Glycolic, lactic, salicylic, or mandelic acids

• Strong exfoliants or scrubs — Physical scrubs, exfoliating brushes, or peeling products

• Benzoyl peroxide — Especially if it causes dryness or irritation

• At-home chemical peels

• Strong acne treatments that leave your skin dry or sensitive

• Waxing or threading on the treatment area

• Self-tanner or tanning products immediately before your facial

• Heavy fragrances or essential oils if your skin is sensitive
